Hi I was travelling by Metro and I had forgot my ticket at home. Actually it was accidental I happen to travel by train expecting my ticket in purse but it wasn't. It is gonna take a lot of money that she does not have to take him to court and fight him for the divorce and custody of the child. The man is stubborn and she thinks he is out to make her life more complicated. She wants to get out of her marriage as quickly and easily as possible without having to pay so much money to do so.

I was in an accident on 3/8/11 for whiplash. I sought chiropractor and physical therapy for about 5 weeks. I was released from therapy about 1 month ago. Can anyone tell me what game this is? In the 80's there was an arcade game where you played a detective or private eye. I think you wore a white suit. Basically your character just stands there, but he can roll to the left or right with a button called "evade". You can shoot as well. Im a teen and For the past few years once and awhile I have had pressure in my head...my doctor and family believed it to be stress related becasue being a perfectionist i put a lot of stress on myself.....the past year or soo i would say it has gotten more ersistent and just today I have had a stabiing like pain once and awhile.....according to my parents i don't sleep enough (6 hours sometimes 7) and go to bed too late...sometimes midnight.....my period also skipped a few months this past year but i recently got it this month......I am hoping it is just stress related and not a prospect of not getting a lot of sleep and taking care of myself.....thanks and dont scare me with any weird conditions because I'm only a teenager and don't want to be afraid!!!

Mass Effect 2 Disc 1 Read Error. Xbox 360. Please Help.?

I have just begun the part of Mass Effect 2 where you must pass through the Omega 4 Relay. Upon my entrance into this new area my game begins to cut-out and lose some audio and video, at the point where I defeat the first drone that breachs into the cargohold it cuts to joker and EDI talking and evading other drones while in the debri field, as EDI says the name "Jeff" an error pops up saying the disc is unreadable and that I should wipe the disc down with a soft cloth (Done) and restart the console (Done). Keep in mind this is a completely new disc absolutely no scratches and I even went to GameStop and picked up a replacement copy. I have installed this disc to my xbox 360 slim's harddrive; I have never had any problems like this previously. Extra Info: My xbox 360 slim is kept horizontal and well ventilated, I can play other parts of the game just fine but not anything within the Omega 4 Relay, again this is disc 1 of 2, and for what its worth I brought Legion and Grunt with me if that matters.

This occurred in New Jersey, the police officer was in pursuit of a speeding vehicle that did not stop when sounding the siren and the lights. He was soon caught, age 19. He turned off his lights and lost the police vehicle but was soon caught and arrested. I believe this is a felony charge, is there any way that this can be brought down to a misdemeanor. I got a ticket back when I was 17 for eluding a police officer. Basically I was making a turn and the cop signaled me to go so I did. When I was making a turn he had told me to stop when I was in the middle of the intersection. I freaked out and went but pulled over to the side right by him. He got to my car and yelled at me and wrote me up a ticket for evading and eluding him. My 17 year old son was driving his 2003 Ford Explorer, when he was hit by another vehicle. My son was approaching a stop light and traveling between 3-5 mph....The vehicle that struck him was a company work vehicle. The work truck was pulling out of a parking lot when he hit my son. His estimated speed was also 3-5 mph. There were no injuries at all, and there was no medical treatment sought. This all happened on April 10th 2011. It was found that driver of the work truck was at fault for inattention. Honestly, this guy was super nice and walked my son through the process of calling police etc til I could get there....Now dealing with the Companies insurance carrier has been a headache!!!! here is the basic timeline....Explorer still drivable....Had to wait 10 days for police report....contacted Company that owned work truck, and they forwarded me to their insurance co....Was advised to seek several estimates, and fax them over....Faxed over estimates to adjuster. Insurance Company sent me check for 3300.00 and advised me when vehicle repaired, auto shop would need to work with adjuster on any additional repairs and costs. Explorer was in shop 30 days before finally being totaled. Local adjuster was horrible to work with, did not communicate with body shop, etc. I finally contacted the insurance company, and told them I refused to deal wither contracted adjuster etc. Now that the vehicle has been totaled, they don't want to pay what I think is fair. The insurance company wants to settle for $6928 plus $367 for taxes. Clean retail for the Explorer is $8100. This is for my area. That was just about a week ago, he said he was forwarding his decision to the original person on my claim, and the original person said that I have to wait until I am discharged from the chirporactor and then they can offer me a settlement. When I spoke to my public defender, he told me that they have an offer for 1 year in county. He told me that he would be able to reduce that to 6 months in county or we can take it to trial and it can possibly be dismissed or I can spend time in a state prison. I was caught on camera running from the police but I have been told that even if it does go to trial I can get the time at least reduced. What are my best options at this point? I want to hire a defense attorney but I am unsure if that will end up being a waste of money or would it ultimately benefit me? Hit and run by a company truck?

I was involved in a hit and run accident by a company truck. My car was totaled. I wasn't injured. I had a witness who followed the guy, took down the license plate number and the name of the company. All this information was given to the police. My insurance payed off the rest of my loan on the car but I only have a few thousand $$ dollars to use as a down payment to try and get another car. I'm still waiting for the police report. When i turned 18 i went crazy with credit cards, took out about 4 of them. Mass Effect 2 Disc 1 Read Error. Xbox 360. Please Help.?

I have just begun the part of Mass Effect 2 where you must pass through the Omega 4 Relay. Upon my entrance into this new area my game begins to cut-out and lose some audio and video, at the point where I defeat the first drone that breachs into the cargohold it cuts to joker and EDI talking and evading other drones while in the debri field, as EDI says the name "Jeff" an error pops up saying the disc is unreadable and that I should wipe the disc down with a soft cloth (Done) and restart the console (Done). Keep in mind this is a completely new disc absolutely no scratches and I even went to GameStop and picked up a replacement copy. I have installed this disc to my xbox 360 slim's harddrive; I have never had any problems like this previously. Extra Info: My xbox 360 slim is kept horizontal and well ventilated, I can play other parts of the game just fine but not anything within the Omega 4 Relay, again this is disc 1 of 2, and for what its worth I brought Legion and Grunt with me if that matters.
