HE IGNORES SOME EMAILS AND NOT OTHERS?

Why don't you talk to him in person about this? or on the phone? It seems he is avoiding emails he either doesn't want to answer, or possibly feels they aren't worth answering because you may be looking to start a fight. Maybe he just doesn't care? You just need to obviously ask in person. He will have to respond.
