Much of what Americans buy today comes from the so-called “big box stores,” whose goods are produced overseas.?
Much of what Americans buy today comes from the so-called “big box stores,” whose goods are produced overseas. Whether, electronics from Asia, fruits and vegetables from South America, or various other imports from all points of the compass, I wanted to pose the following: what impact has globalization had on the American economy and/or worker? Further, is globalization a relatively modern/new phenomena or has it been around, for Americans, since first settlement on the North American continent?
