Should I be signing documents saying I'm not injured after a car accident?

You got some good advice already. If you don't sign you keep your rights to file a claim in case you need to do that. I will not tell you what to do but I would not sign even if my friends abandoned me. And, the insurance company does not just give you money because you do not sign. You have to give me an injury claim.
