I want to ask if i make settlement to the bank?

hi i had a bad bedt in dubai for credit card and now i m in india and i had called the bank from india asking about my balance of credit card and they told me they can settle my account if i pay them 5000 AED and my balance is 7500AED .is this possible and if i pay 5000 aed and in future they ask me for the balance or i get some problem if i go to another GCC country.and tell me i had got visa for saudi arab if it is possible that bank had not filed any case against me .pls give advice i m in totally confusion. thanks.
