Need this to be answered by a dental/medical expert. I believe I may have osteonecrosis.?

(dead jaw) due to the long duration of the use of bisphosphonate drugs (Fosfomax, Actonel, Boniva). I have spoken to an attorney who is located out of state. Should I secure an attorney located in the state I live in? (PA). What is the average settlement amount for such cases? I was told there are an excess of such cases in New Jersey from the use of fosomax. How can they help me? I am in jaw pain 24-7 with no relief, and they say there is no cure. I cannot imagine going on like this. It is torture. I want to rip my jaw out of my mouth.
