Bad Headache plus weird symptoms?

Im a teen and For the past few years once and awhile I have had pressure in my head...my doctor and family believed it to be stress related becasue being a perfectionist i put a lot of stress on myself.....the past year or soo i would say it has gotten more ersistent and just today I have had a stabiing like pain once and awhile.....according to my parents i don't sleep enough (6 hours sometimes 7) and go to bed too late...sometimes midnight.....my period also skipped a few months this past year but i recently got it this month......I am hoping it is just stress related and not a prospect of not getting a lot of sleep and taking care of myself.....thanks and dont scare me with any weird conditions because I'm only a teenager and don't want to be afraid!!!
