How long before my fiancee can bring her daughter to the uk ?

My Filipina fiancee is coming to uk soon on a fiancee visa. How long does she have to wait before she can bring her 6 year old daughter to the uk. She thought she could bring her straight away but I thought she would have to wait at least till we are married. After we are married she then has to apply for a 2 year temporary visa then finally apply for a settlement visa. Does she have to wait for 2 years to bring her daughter to uk.
