Frostwire is all spam... or is it me?

When I search anything in Frostwire, I get tons of results but they all usually say something like "*artist name* (Greatest Hits Mix)" or "*artist name* BEST SONG EVER!" or stuff about court settlements... Why is this? Is there something that can be done to fix this because it was never like this till recently.
