Fair car crash settlement?

I was hit from behind while stopped for road construction, when a drunk driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit me traveling at 65 mph. My Injuries are: broken ribs in 29 places, 8 Fractured vertibraes, collapsed left lung, knocked my teeth out, and caused 3 severe bleeds on my brain, and has required 3 surgeries. One on my right arm to removes HUNKS of glass, one on my lung, one on my shoulder. And back surgey pending. What would be a fair amount to settle for? Bills so far around 150 175 thousand. And been disabled from work for a year, and probly forever.
