Divorce settlement question?

in divorce degree spouse agreed to continue to pay me as a employee until a certain date then the pay and employment would be terminated. When that date occured I was terminated as an employee and I filed for unemployment in Oklahoma and was notified that my spouse had disputed my unemployment application. What can I do for the appeal to ensure I can collect unemployment here in Oklahoma?
