Best FREE music downloading website or program?

I need a program/website with good quality! I'm using frostwire but almost every son i try to downlaod it starts talking about a limewire court ordered settlement! Also, if anyone could tell me what thats about and how to possibly get rid of it, then i could continue using frostwire! Thanks so much!
