Asking other parents,if you were having a hard time feeding your children,would you be mad if?

If you loaned someone $4,000 to help them get a house and all year long you've asked them for help while struggling to feed your kids (it was part of a settlement I received for an accident) and they kept feeding you "I don't have it,I don't have it,I don't have it" and then left THE DAY AFTER YOU LAST ASKED for Myrtle Beach would you be mad? I mean we're struggling this week to feed our children,she can lie and say she doesn't have any of the money she owes us,but then leaves for Myrtle Beach the next day. Would that make any other parents mad? There's nothing we can do about getting the money back,there wasn't a written contract. I told my husband (it was his sister) that I wanted a written contract before I loaned it to her,he insisted it wouldn't be like this,yet we've seen none of it back,and at a moment where we're struggling harder than we have in a super long time,she claims she "doesn't have it" yet leaves for a nice a$$ vacation the next day? How would you react?
